pain no longer known

pain is a thing of the past as my brightened life has come anew.

I know longer feel the pain I once knew,

a loving, soft hearted, and tender loving man come into my life,

bringing joy and happiness I never knew.

I once asked, what thing is pain?

Pain once known to me as a bad thing,

along with sorrow and sadness.

no longer bound to pain and sadness,

light shines bright every morn till night.

he smiles and I smile back with such love that my eyes start to water from joy in my new life.

Strong and true, these 3 words said daily: I LOVE YOU.

giggles of joy never known till now as love grows strong

while pain ceases to exist in this new world I call LOVE.
